Privacy Policy

• Account data: name, email, role (student / tutor / admin), city, age.
• Tutor profile: photo, school/university, bio, subjects, languages, availability, hourly rate.
• Student profile: current grade level and per-subject grades (used for progress and the 10% improvement reward).
• Lesson data: lesson requests, scheduled lessons, progress records and reviews. We do not collect or store payment or card data — no payments run through PeerBridge.

We use this data to operate the marketplace: match learners with tutors, track progress, issue improvement rewards, and ensure safety. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

For learners under 16, an account must be created by a parent or guardian. We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver tutoring services. Parents can request access, correction, or deletion of their child's data at any time.

• Tutor profiles (name, photo, bio, city, subjects, rate) are public.
• Student names and grades are visible only to the tutor with whom a lesson is booked.
• We use Lovable Cloud for hosting and database, and Google for optional sign-in.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@peerbridge.md and we will respond within 30 days.

We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for legal and accounting reasons.
